You actually can't monitor what your child is doing on the internet 24/7. You either have to be unemployed or have some serious internet tracking skills, some hidden cameras installed in the room which the kid is eventually going to figure out, and other crazy stuff. It is easy to delete the history of browsing, there is also an incognito mode for chrome. All you can do is talk with them and hope that they understand. The one million punishments some parents think that they do something to change their children for the better does nothing but to turn them against you.
