Into the maelstrom we go. One, SE can do something about mods (both sfw and nsfw) by implementing a file check between the client side version of the the game and the server side version of the game. This would leaving modding dead in the water, where it should be. Two, as an adult you do indeed have more responsibility on your shoulders when it comes to socializing and how you do so. Three, I enjoy 14 and want others to enjoy 14 in a safe and non predatory manner. This is why I am in strong opposition to such illegal and harmful rp. Four, is it really so hard to be normal?

Illegal by what standard? Violation of ToS? That is up to SE to enforce if they choose to not enforce it then people should not be surprised if people ignore said rules. Rules are meaningless those who make the rules do not enforce them.

Adults responsibly is to make sure they handle themselves as far as is possible and practicable when it comes to socializing with others. Such as asking for someone's age when it comes to online interactions if the person lies and can be proven fault should be on the one who lied. Since the adult shown they were operating under the intent and knowledge they were interacting with another adult.

What is normal? How can we objectively define what is normal? Is normal a universal truth? Are ethics and morals a universal truth? Much brighter individuals other then ourselves still debate these principles and questions.

Lastly, if SE made it so we had to have our files check each and every time we log in I do wonder how many players would be okay with that, given with each patch and expansion the file size would just get larger and larger thus making it so it would take longer to get into the game. Which would also have a greater negative impact on people with slower internet.

This is an out of context response. The initial point was people don't exactly ask for people's ages. They just begin their process of degeneracy, not caring if the person ERPs or not or is an adult or not. People assume minors always initiate the contact. They don't.
