Feather boa

A dyeable feather boa would be nice.
Feather boas have been documented for use as an adornment since at least 1820, but they might have been worn as early as the 17th century. Feather boas have fallen in and out of fashion many times over the years. Feather boas have had the reputation of being elegant as well as being considered campy apparel. So it could be for everyone.

From the way this game handles gear and animations, you might get a boa attached to a specific shirt but you're not just going to get a boa on its own to be worn with anything.

And I doubt the physics of it would be handled very well.
