FFXIV_DX11 / KERNEL32 ERROR

Hello everyone. Firstly, my english is not the best so sorry for any error.

TLDR; I'm getting DX11 error since some days ago and i cant resolve. Tried alot of things even formatting my pc but the error still occurring. I'm just having problem with FFXIV, and seems to happen always when i open a video or Stream.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------EDIT 1: One thing that i noticed is, when the error occurs i can tecnically continue to play the game, but the music turns off, i cant see any spell or movement and UI things like character information become invisible. And oh, the game cant render any unit that has not yet been rendered.
EDIT 2: I forgot to say that, but i already got the same error on the character screen, not even on the game. But this happened just one time and i cant "force" the error to occur whathing a video or stream.

started play FFXIV some weeks ago, and i started getting this error in the last days. Literally the first time that i see this type of error occurring on my PC. I already tried so many things, and i lost the count how much the error occured. But i noticed a thing:

APPARENTLY i can cause this error when i open a video/stream. Today i played some hours without seeing nothing, but when i opened a stream, bum. I noticed that some days ago but just today i "confirmed" it.

BUT this probably is not the only condition to him happen, since i already get this error when i'm not seeing any video or stream.

The error is fucking random, i have days that i dont get him at all and others that basically i cant play the game.

Its basically just FFXIV. I can play other games without getting any problem. Even games more "heavy" like cyberpunk 2077 or FFXV i played with this exactly configuration without problems.

Things that i already tried
:- Updated video Drivers
- Updated my BIOS
- Installed windows updates
- Reinstalling the game
- Disabling audio enhancements from windows
- Disabling all overlays (steam, Geforce experience...)
- Reseting the configuration of the game (deleting the FFXIV.cfg)
- Deleted the character data folder
- installed some directX runtimes (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down...s.aspx?id=8109)
- disabled the directx11 suport on the game's laucher
- opening the game as a admnistrator
- putting the game on my other SSD ( he is on C: atm )
- Formatting my entire PC and re-installing windows 10.
- Pray
- Punch my computer

SSD M.2 NVMe ADATA 260GB - buyed 6 months ago (where the game is rn)
