unable to preorder Endwalker

Not sure this is the correct forum to ask this but I couldn't find a better solution (and the special support required forum isn't letting me start a new thread).

I'm trying to preorder Endwalker, and on the payment/address page my country (Israel) isn't on the list. Moreover, the list seems to only contain European countries period.. I had no issues buying ShB the same way. Am I just unable to preorder EW in my country?
