    cant log into game even after password reset

    hi was wondering if anyone else is having this problem as the title says i cant log into my game ive reset my password multiple times my id is correct ive typed the password exactly repeatedly and i keep getting the (ID OR PASSWORD IS INCORRECT) notification ive even uninstalled and reinstalled the game ive got years sunk into this game and a fair few cash really need help
