Like I told a newer player I was helping with in Toto-Rak last night. I don't think it'd hurt to get feedback from newer players most of the feedback I see posted is geared towards players that have been playing for awhile and want endgame content. As for there being a lower selection of gear I think some of the issue is people power level so there is no real need for gear until about 40. I think if SE adds anything that makes this game beginner friendly it wont happen until 2.0 sadly.
