set just prior to the 7th Calamity it gives some background into how the Seedseer Council operates, and how Kan-E acquired Claustrum. It also puts the elementals into a new light, and offers a peek into their true natures - that they're not quite so obtuse deliberately, but simply due to their natures as beings of aether. And it gives Kan-E some vulnerability in for all her knowledge and wisdom, failed to see a fundamental aspect of Conjury was holding her back, coming back full circle to what the CNJ class quests taught the player- stubbornness only closes your mind and heart to the elementals and thus leaves you incapable of hearing them, and that even a
padjal can end up like that. So it was an interesting side to Kan-E I never considered.
And the identity of the previous Elder Seedseer prior to Kan-E's appointment is revealed, although he's now sadly deceased.
