    Please scale Bozjan difficulty to number of players

    Up too a certain cap so things dont get insane.

    Just worked my way through the relic quest line and despite looking, during my time zone (Im in NZ) Bozjan instances are totally dead. Tried soloing, couldn't which really killed my progress (Im STILL trying to get enough mettel to do the last dungeon but nobody's ever there running stuff)

    So yeah, for those of us stuck in 'off peak' time zones can we please get scaling added?

    They are supposed to scale. If you log into the tale end of an instance that is about to die, you will notice that the population never quite seems to grow. Sometimes it's better to leave it, wait 15 minutes, and try to get in a different one.

    Other times you will log into a fresh instance, and stuff will die in 5 seconds flat because it's scaled for under 20 players and a big crush of 40+ people hit it all at once.

    It seems to take about 5-10 minutes for the adjustments to kick in.

    It's entirely possible to solo stuff in there, albeit soul crushingly boring. I've killed the same two robots for hours trying to get For Absent Friends to spawn and gotten almost enough Bozja clusters to get the damn mount at this point.

    it's so boring to do DR... I just made 2 weapons and done with it. Also they still not buffing the 3 Memories drop from Bozja Southern Front...

    On the other hand, about five folks from my FC ended up the last folks in a dead Bozja instance (i.e., one where folks were no longer being funneled in) while helping another FC member level, and we had a blast. Yeah, skirmishes and CEs—well, mostly just CEs—were far more tricky, but it did scale it down to the point where it was possible if we focused. And it was really fun, far moreso than a still-live and crowded instance in some ways in my opinion.

    Solo'ing stuff might be dull, but tackling Save the Queen content in a small party with a zone to yourself? I look forward to the next time we get to close out an instance.

    You could also just...grind the relic outside of bozja. For each step there are options to get the mats etc. in dungeons or raids etc.

    The difficulty of skirmishes scales depending on the number of people doing them. If people suddenly stop doing them, they get a status effect that makes them less powerful.

    The difficulty of Critical Engagements is reduced when alone by giving you The Echo. I have done Critical Engagements solo multiple times.

    You don't really need a lot of people to do this content because it was designed to scale already.

    I think I've seen once a FATE in Bozja have a debuff where the mobs took extra damage because the low amount of players...

    So, a system for scaling does exist, it just doesn't work.

    CEs (Castrum and Dalriada too) seems to have a "minimum amount of players in instance" requirement.

    In an instance with just a hand full of ppl I wasn't able to spawn CEs anymore.

    Thats not the case for the duel CEs in Southern Front and any CE in Zadnor, since they're all based on how much magitek are destroyed. I've been alone in instances for both and had no issues spawning all 6 of the duels even when solo.

    Dal/Castrum have a 2 man requirement, as A friend & me got Dal to spawn with just us two. Which makes sense, given it'd be impossible to clear Dal or Castrum solo due to the nature of the first bosses.
