It actually is, it's just difficult to find if you don't know where to look. It's on the "Character" screen. The one where you can manage your gear, see your beast tribe rep, see your class levels, etc. Under the character display window, iirc.

I was talking about Skyrim in that sentence, actually. Sorry if it wasn't clear. Heck, maybe they even put it in future releases, but all I have is the original version.
