/pcmd add case sensitive fail

Hello,

When you try add someone using just lower case, it will say it invited them, but the invitation is never sent. Before you used to get an error unless you did the correct spelling, but now its just misleading.

You invite siyukan virtue to your party. (did not work)
You invite Siyukan Virtue to your party. (worked)
