Hi, most of the time if you have an MSQ quest and are told to find the instance in the Duty Finder, you would need to search the name under dungeons, raids, or trial until you find it. It's very user-friendly. To make it easier, perhaps add the instance icon under the quest objectives - that will enable players to find it. for example, doing the "An End to the Song" quest, reading the objective shows the Trials icon to tell you to look up the instance in the Trial duty tab.
