Make /return automatically unlocked on Character Spawn

Had a rather funny incident last night where a sprout soft locked themselves in Limsa Lominsa on Goblin. They got stuck in a barrel before attuning.

Basically the suggestion is to just automatically unlock /return without needing to actually attune to the crystal to prevent having to remake the character or needing GM Involvement. I imagine this would be a very easy thing to implement, and just have everything else play out like normal.

It's a minor suggestion, since I imagine this is a fairly rare happening, but it would prevent it from being able to happen at all.
