Increasing number of players using 3rd party tools

Well i do not care what other people do, im not here to judge or bash anyone using or not using, mods, act, and other stuff.
But it would be nice to have a clear answer from SE ( i know there has been some) followed by clear facts. If you "yoshi" said that using parser/mods/any 3d party tool is againts the ToS, well i expect that you follow up with facts.

I like some of these tools, and i would like to use them but i dont want to get my account banned, the fact that there is a grey zone is very annoying, and as i said on the first page of the topic, anything that helps you trough fights should be banned, i hate that thing, like DBM on wow is the most stupid thing ever. Its mindblowing how they allow something like that.
If this game starts implementing these addons that give you even a slight advantage or help during a fight, well.... this should be really taken care of.

Parser is another ballpark. As far as i can see parser is a good and useful tool in any game, the only reason why companies do not like to implement it is because of the inevitability of having people harrassing other players because they do not perform as "their" standards because they have a tool to verify their performance. Whats to say here? The mother of the idiots is always pregnant. But the tool itself doesnt give you any help or doesnt give you an edge on a fight.

It took all of 3 seconds to Google this. There is no excuse if you have a question about are these programs allowed. They clearly are not. There is no debate about it. If you are a streamer and there is video evidence of you using 3rd party programs you are at risk. If you openly admit to using them here in this thread or in game you are at risk. If you harrass others about their dps because you are running a program that records that info you are at risk. Just don't do it, this isn't WoW. it's not allowed here.
