There's actually a bot free way for a team to predict where an S rank will spawn. It involves killing the B rank in every possible spawn point you can find (and ignored the A ranks if they're up since they also share a spawn point.) If there's a place the B rank doesn't respawn, that's the spot reserved for the S rank when the conditions for the spawn are met.

Thing is, it's a LOT of leg work, so there's a reason usually a whole Discord channel is involved in the process.
