Hey guys i know this isnt new and we have many post about this,but my situation seems a bit special.

First i gonna say that i have tried every 90002 fix that i have found in maaaaaany post and webs and nothing work.
But i have found one temporal fix,after reset the router(turn the power off for one minute) i have around 20% chance of when i log to the game i dont get any packet loose and any moment.
But this is too much time consuming and i wont play more than the month that i have bougth because it is very tiring have to spend around 30 minutes\one hour every day reseting the router and the pc untill i can play without problem.

I gonna say all my history:
--i started to play at 2013 at the launch and i played for around 4 months with 0 problems(mine brother too with the same router than me)
--now i have come back to play,and with 100% the same pc that i used at 2013 and i have this error 90002 that i never got at 2013. Also my brother playing with the same router than me have 00000 problems
--my situation seems diferent that every other 90002 person that i have found. In my case i dont have problems in dungeons or combat but everytime that i go to any city or gold saucer or any place with many players i start to get huge lags of 30\60 seconds and many times these lags ends with error 90002 but our of zones with many players i havent problems usually(sometimes i get some lag but rare)
-- also is special because it is bypolar: when i log to the game or the game run perfect for entire the sesion(12 hours or more) with 0 lags or the game have lags every minute and is umplayable

So i am starting to get crazy,how is posible that the same router my brother have 0 problems but i cant play?
Also as is posible with the same pc and router, it is umplayable and get lags every minute but after some router reset i have a chance of can run the game with 0 lags and problems?

If the game have these lags all time i get that is a problem of my router or pc,but how is posible i can play with 0 problems sometimes only after reset the router? But also this dont work allways so it isnt a fix and also my brother use the same router and havent any problem
