Unable to do Normal Raids on Duty Finder

Hello!
On both Red Mage and Bard, I am unable to queue for the Normal Raids via the duty finder. I am lvl 70 and ilvl 400 on both Jobs. However on my main White Mage job at lvl 80 with ilvl 490 I am able to join the Normal raid via duty finder.
The main difference is that with the White I leved it up myself, while the Red Mage and Bard were boosted using the Store services.
What am I missing here? Thank you!

What duty do you mean by "Normal Raids"? The Duty Roulette? Individual duties from Alexander / Omega / Eden?

Are you literally unable to queue (greyed out selection) or does it put you in queues that don't pop?

Hey! I am able to select and join the queue for Normal Raids in the Duty Roulette, but after pressing the JOIN button, I get the error: 'Unable to register. Two or more duty requirements unmet.'
The weird thing is that as a White Mage I can join with no problems. The issue only happens when I use the boosted jobs.

Oh wait, you are right! I only have unlocked the level 50 Raids and then the level 80. Thanks!

The answer is 2.
To gain access to the roulette, you have to have access to 2 sets of raids from the group. So your 80 WHM can queue because it meets the requirement (the 50 and 80 youve unlocked).
Any jobs 79 and under only have access to the 50 you unlocked, thus fail to meet the 2 requirement.

The requirement is the very last line of the Roulette, "Fulfill the requirements for two or more duties (and in this context, it usually means groups, so I have heard, but cannot confirm. I have been told that Asphodelos: The First Circle, The Second Circle, The Third Circle, and The Fourth Circle, all counts as 1, rather then 4 unlocks. So consider this as a possibility when troublshooting why it wont let you in!)
