Shared FC chat

While we have linkshells, you still have to invite people in person or remove them if they are no longer a part of your (friends) group. And it is capped to a specific amount of players lower then that of an actual FC.

So my proposal is for SE to add a share function where leaders can click on someone's head and instead of just seeing a greyed out 'apply for FC' option, we'd also see an "Apply for shared FC coms"

This option would allow FC's to see eachothers FC chat, enhancing social interraction, finding someone to play with, etc without the need of a linkshell that may not suit everyone. This would come close to an alliance and would keep smaller (less active) communities together, even when they move to another ward (we lost contact with an FC we liked in the past because we moved).

Members would be able to turn FC chat from other FC's off if it annoys them.
