Ultimate Housing fix

As everyone knows there has been a house shortage for a while and SE always partially fixed it by adding more wards. However we've recently seen a large influx of wow players moving to FFXIV making it impossible to still aquire some.

I think a great way would be to enhance the sharing option.

Right now you can share your house with up to 3 users.
Why not enhance this function so a house can be shared with an additional 9 private users (so 10 in total counting yourself) "or" an additional 2 FC's at the same time (so 3 in total counting your own)?

Meaning you still remain in control of the property but every other person or FC you share it with can use your NPC's, food, retainer bell, etc... all the options basically, and you would be able to decide how much freedom each shared user gets (more options then what you get now while sharing a house).

I think they could potentially reduce demand on housing as sharing a house with more people would be more fun (meaning people would be more likely to share a house instead of choosing to all have a separate one). I think this may potentially boost how much fun people can have on the game, making people sub longer (or more steady).

Another addon/fix would be to add "lofts" next to the apartments that are slightly bigger and have a mini garden that only the user can see... but this would just be another suggestion to help lessen the demand for housing (private use). But ignore this second suggestion since the main one is the sharing idea.
