    I can't complete this quest, I went to youtube and watched a video and there are 4 Merchants that I need to talk to; however when I enter the instance there is only 2...

    It would seem that the little people aren't showing up on screen? I am doing "Arms Race" now and Raaka Maaka isn't showing up on screen.
