Here's how the seal drop should work:
10k+ - 5%
20k+ - 10%
30k+ -25%
40k+ - 50%
50k+ -100%

Current drop rate is ridiculously rage worthy since you need 3 seals and 8 people in the party that want them.
Plz fix this~

Pretty much this. You shouldn't have to pass these things to get a note in a reasonable amount of time since every class wants them.
