Plus it's a great way to learn more about your early abilities.

Furthermore, if all dungeons matched your level it would become tremendously tiring to constantly fight enemies of the hardest difficulty. Note also that this is basically what WoW did in poor imitation of FF: max lv players providing significantly less dps than a low lv player with better synced stats.

Syncing down may make you feel weaker and more awkward, but that's an illusion. If you're synced down your ilv is always max for that particular dungeon so you are actually very strong.
level sync removing all your skills is the WORST part of XIV lmao, why tf would i want to be reminded of the garbage early game when i only had two buttons to press? its easily the worst part of the game, by light years.

most of the jobs are completely and utterly broken below 70. it makes a lot of the older content irrelevant because it feels awful to play. Like, imagine playing Coil min ilvl on BLM...its like eating ground glass, because the job feels awful. and thats just one example of jobs that's horribly broken at 50.

with how they butcher every job upon dropping a new expansion, it just gets worse and worse too.

syncing mobs up may not be the solution but there needs to be a solution. either give us the full kit at 50 (or close to it, have 60-max be traits) or idk give the newbies echo or something.
