You're complaining about content that is 6+ years old, and natural power creep (potency changes over time, TP doesn't exist anymore, etc).

Even the Thousand Yawns of Snore-Rak is a 9-year old dungeon (it was originally a 1.35 dungeon).

Every expansion they always re-tune the previous expansion for everything to be less potent, bosses have less HP, damage is less, etc. To really experience how the content was designed for you needed to be current.
