    EU Datacenter Light constant Packet Loss and Error 90002/90001

    Since yesterday 21.08.2021 i get Lag spikes that the whole People Freeze for like 10 Seconds and then they all move again my Character has the "Dc Icon" on the Name all like 5-10 seconds i can see them all Cast Spells and i can that too but it takes long before anything is happening most of the Time im Dead and didnt even knew. When the Lag Spikes takes too long just Random Error 90002 and Error 90001. Then i tried to login 3 times and had Lobby Error 2002.

    Sometimes i can play Hours without any Problems yesterday i played 5-6 Hours after that Problem stopped happening. Today i had the same Problem again and it comes and goes Randomly the People in the Group had all no Problems it was just me.

    Played the Game for almost 800 Hours before without Problems.


    I Tried
    -Restarting the Router 2 Times
    -Opened the Firewall for FFXIV
    -Pinged the Server IP it said 30-40ms
    -Watched the Ressource Monitor TCP Connection it said 0% Packet Loss and 70Ms
    -Theres no Downloads or Programs in the Background

    The Game is Unplayable for me right now i thought it was Server Problem because to many Players but most People dont have any Problems.

    Ps. Could it be a Problem with QoS packet scheduler? yesterday i disabled it and turned it back on because someone said FF runs better without it but no change at all.

    Not your problem really, pretty much same here like you, 30-40ms with no packet loss but game lags and DCs.

    I got other online games and none have issues, been playing FFXIV since ARR and this started happening like a month ago, this is a second weekend in a row that the servers are this bad. Its problem on their end. Many people are reporting same stuff lately. But for every developer its always easier to pin down problem to users even tho its evident that their servers are crumbling.

    During working days its all normal, as soon as friday hits bang, servers went crap.

    I think your right because suddenly it stopped and everything works fine again maybe EU Server getting Attacked by DDOS Attacks again?

    Same here, since yesterday I cannot play for more than 1-2 minutes without getting disconnected with 90002/1 errors. Playing on EU Zodiark.

    I'm a new player (2 weeks) and I play in Twintania, Light from Uruguay, South America. I always have high ping but smooth latency and no problems but since after the maintenance yesterday it has been extremely laggy with packet loss. After doing a tracert the problem points the servers in Germany from Telia Company that the game uses. They must have changed something yesterday in the configuration of the servers and it got worse with packet loss. I don't mind high ping but packet loss is unplayable.
