all they need to do is just make the Glamour Dresser Infinite and that'll reduce the inventory issue by 70% since most of the time what's cluttering up the inventory is gear, they can even add a infinity symbol where the cap use to be like so.



in regards to Lures/Bait/Mats that's a really simple fix:
make a item that can store lures/bait within it like a "fishers bag" that will be item with it's own equipment slot under the right side of the equipment slot.
make a item that can store Materials within it like a "crafters pouch" that will be a item with it's own equipment slot under the left side of the equipment slot.
Heck they can even use the data from the "pouch" and etc in 1.0. and just add a separate inventory space to those items in the Armory window. I even made a mockup of how it'll look like as equipment slots.



they can even reallocate half the space reserved for when retainers inventory and incorporate them into two separate bag types that can only be equipped and obtained if your the right job (DoH and Fisher respectively). it's really not difficult to code into the game, infact I even added inventory in a few games I made/help make back in college and after.

unless though the code and engine to this product is still so botched that you can't even do that which then leads me into just asking "why" especially since they had 8 years to fix that stuff out behind the scenes or just say screw it and just redo the whole thing over from square one again like Yoshi decided with legacy which is where my idea originates from.
