Housing Districts / plot auctions

Dear Square-Enix Team,
I've stumbled upon these issues about a year ago and it's driving me crazy...
I've been wanting to buy a plot for over a year now... Saved money, increased my rank, etc... Still: There are almost no plots available in the popular areas (approximately 1 small plot each week). 1st issue... 2nd issue: people using macros getting the plot EVERY SINGLE TIME... (I know those people usually use 3rd party scripts, I'll just call them macro-users)
So, how about you start adding way more areas into the different zones? Would help quite a bit, especially after the boom that's just happened.
Also, how about adding an auction system for reselling plots (getting rid of macro users would be a nice side-effect)
Or, to get rid of macro-users: Send staff to text them. Whoever doesn't answer, gets a timed ban that can be solved sending a support ticket.
Doing nothing won't help enforcing your TOS, you gotta do something to get to that point.
All in all, my personal opinion: you can't buy any plots without working against the TOS.
That means: you can't enjoy all the content you're paying for, MONTHLY... please Square Enix... do something...

That being said, thanks for your time reading this. Hopefully something will change in the near future (Endwalker DLC???). Gotta be a great time to make changes like these.

They've already announced a lottery system for some of The Firmament due to be available in patch 6.1.
Just keep in mind that you'll have less of a chance to get houses this way as there'd be a lot more people pining for it since they don't have to work continually.

Also Endwalker is an expansion. Don't belittle it by calling it DLC lol

A lottery system is good to start this off, but not enough in my opinion. Also scripters dont work continually. they start the script and leave to do something else...
Also Endwalker is a DLC (downloadable content, which is the definition). It's not necessary to play the game. ^^

I didn't claim that people running illegal automation are working continually.
But I've seen my FC mates win out against them more often than not.

It's not as big of a concern as one makes it out to be.

The issue right now is that people buy up housing, dedicate it to a fast made FC.. just to sell the entire FC with the house attached for money.
If you turn it into an auction who do you think would be the winner? Exactly, those with most money which in this case sadly is the one that recently sold his/her "fake" FC & house with a lot of profit...
This idea would only "promote" the behaviour which left many without a chance to get a house...
