Why is the PvP Shadowstalker set unavailable permanently?

I need to speak to whoever decided that it's OK to have a piece of glamour be forever unobtainable. There are a total of 6 data centers, so only 600 out of 20+ million accounts have access to the Shadowstalker glamour. Some of those accounts also cheated their way to get the set. It's completely unacceptable that as paying customers we don't have access to all the game's content because it's time-limited. This is exactly the kind of anti-consumer malpractice that led to a certain MMO on the market to die. I demand that Square Enix release the Feast exclusive rewards in Endwalker with Wolf Marks.

The forum is completely lacking in common sense right now. What happened to "the customer comes first?" I guess I shouldn't expect any sort of logic from this forum now.

"Common sense" would dictate that you're more likely to achieve your goal (and/or support from others) by being polite and asking nicely, instead of demanding things and throwing around phrases like "The customer is always right!" - that only makes you appear like (a) a troll or (b) entitled. So in both cases not a person one would want to deal with or take serious in their requests - sorry, demands.

I hope they move away from top 100 gives mount/glam and just make it a title, put the mounts and glam behind achievements in the way garo did. So many players and yet so sooo few can get the items. And the more who try and get it the harder it is and stresses you out. It's not fun at all. Garo event had me play pvp pretty consistently when I was new as I caught it at the tail end.
