I'm a lil' bit dissapointed with the rewards of this year's Rising (2021). I don't know if it is because I don't like so much the Red Moon Parasol, or because I'm not so fan of the Fashion Accessories (since it's basically all same umbrellas). Here are some suggests (that won't be heard) for rewards for future Rising events.
* Minions:
The Rising has always given us minions from NPCs. In fact, I think this year is the first one that hadn't any minion.
Usually, Rising minions are main characters from the current story, so I would have suggested Emet-Selch, Elidibus, Zenos, or Asahi/Fandaniel. For 2022, I think the last two would be a good option, since they're relevant in Endwalker, the current storyline at that time.
On the other hand, I like when the Rising makes connections to the 1.x version of the game, so I'd also suggest minions for Nael and Gaius. Just look at this, it's so cute and I would love them! x3 [Twitter]
I would also suggest a minion of Hydaelyn's crystal. Crystals are a recurrent FF element, and would fit with other classic FF minions like the Airship, the Cursor, the Treasure Box, or the original FF Jobs.
Finally, I suggest a minion of the Twelve, though perhaps this would be better for a Heavensturn event. This one would be changing like the Wind-Up Leader or the Minion of Light, maybe at random, or depending of our chosen Guardian, or depending of the current month of the year.
Mounts
I think a mount based on Dalamud would be a nice touch. In fact, it wouldn't be very difficult since it would be a "sphere" mount like the ADS ones from Frontline achievements. The music could be the Answers (Reprise) theme.
Minor things
1. Facepaints. I think we haven't got any new facepaint since All Saints' Wake 2014. Maybe the Meteor symbol or even Urianger's Archon tatoo. I know that tatoo is only awarded to the Studium's Archons... but that is not an impediment for a simple Ul'dahn little boy to paint himself that tatoo with a lipstick on his face.
2. Since Fashion Accesories system also includes wings, I suggest Bahamut-like wings (not so big like the SMN LB).
