Items in armoire not displayed in glamour editor

Steps:
1. Go to the armoire and transfer an item in it
2. Close the armoire and go to the glamour dresser
3. Edit a glamour plate
4. On the item selection menu, press the button to open the armoire
5. The item is not displayed anywhere
*Add more steps if necessary

/!\ It's important to note that when opening the armoire directly, the item is visible and can be transferred back freely into the character's inventory. It only seems to be a display issue when opening the armoire through the glamour dresser.

/!\ Not sure if this could be related, but i changed DC/server a couple weeks ago. This is the first time this bug has happened to me so that could be linked somehow.

Are you pressing the button at the bottom of the item selection screen that switches between dresser and armoire contents? They aren't all just intermingled.

Hello guys and thanks for your replies !
Just to clear things up a little, i am indeed aware of how the whole thing functions as i'm a "heavy" glamour user. The weirdest thing is even that i have a couple glamour plates from last year that use some items from the armoire (like earrings from seasonal events and such), and i'm still perfectly able to apply these to my gear.
For some reason it just seems that i can't get the armoire items to display when i want to create a new glamour plate, which makes them effectively useless.

As i said i tried to withdraw them into my inventory, then put them back into the armoire, but that didn't change anything. Restarting the game didn't have any effect either.

I suspect that changing DC might have something to do with it, which is why i'd like someone from SE to look into it ^^'

Since it seems the bug threads here are not managed in a timely manner, if anyone knows a way to get faster response from SE then your guidance would be much appreciated. It's my first time reporting a bug so maybe i didn't pick the best way to do so.
In the meantime, my armoire is still bugging out ... and my sub still going

Yes unfortunately it's just a display bug that shows an empty list, even though the items are actually in the armoire. I can retrieve them and store them again if i want to, but the list on the glamour plate editor stays empty for some reason.

Right now what i would like to know is just how to get attention from SE on this. I'm not usually the kind of person to be an ass with Customer Service, but the game isn't free so not having even the slightest sign of feedback in almost a month is a bit too much. I don't expect an immediate bug fix, but at least just a sign that they are aware of it and will work on it at some point.
