Leveling a second DoW job?

Good day all,

I've returned after a significant break and have a question about leveling a second DoW class. I've finished all of the ShB MSQ content on DRG and am looking to get Bard from 60 to 80 before EW hits. Traditionally, I've used grinding for crafting materials and FATEs to level other jobs, but that's not looking viable these days. What would you suggest I do?

I will note the methods recommended by the other comment can get pretty dull and repetitive, and it depends a lot on how quickly you want to accomplish your goal as to what steps work best.

Daily leveling roulette offers a large bonus of experience as will the alliance raid roulette and main scenario. Additionally you can pick up daily beast tribe quests for a nice bump in experience while waiting in queue for these roulettes. For 60-70 you'd be looking at quests from the Ananta and the Kojin, and for 70-80 it's quests from the Pixies. It's been a while since I've done them, but believe you can get about a full level's worth of experience per day by completing them, and there are daily hunts that can also be done pretty easily. There are hunt boards to find those daily targets in both Rhalgr's Reach and Kugane for the Stormblood hunts, and for Shadowbringers, you can find boards both in the Crystarium and in Eulemore.

As for 71-80, I've no experience with Bozja as I already had all my jobs to 80 before it launched, but I found that using trusts (provided you've leveled them up) was also a decent method of getting experience in the expansion's dungeons.

Thank you. I'm not the most sophisticated or skilled player out there so I'm at risk of pissing PUG groups off now that we're getting a lot more NA-based players on my server and data center so the thought of running roulettes is actually anxiety-inducing; especially since I've forgotten the mechanics from nearly every dungeon out there.

Beast Tribes and Daily Roulettes. Most efficient way.

Daily roulette and, if possible, running the highest dungeon you have access to is a very good source of EXP.
