Some changes I would like to see ...

Can we pretty please get some Charakter changes ? Some small things would make a huge difference. Okay not all are small but most of them.

We fight and fight and fight, get hurt but none can see it. We need Scars, big bad, fat, ugly Scars. On our Arms, Legs, Back, Shoulders, Face and not just 3 tiny lines for the Face.

One other thing could be a lost Eye, covered with different Eye Patches. Part of an ear lost.

We have Earrings but can we have Piercings too? In the Ears, Nose, Eyebrows, Bellybutton?

Tattoos, yes I am sure we all want them, not the ones we have right now. Even a 3 year Old could draw better ones. How about Tattoos for Arms, Shoulders, Back, Legs, Neck, Face? It could even come as a Magazine, like the Hairstyles.

A Voice, we all have choosen a Voice for our Chars, can we please use that Voice, when we answer questions? It looks crazy to answer without a Voice, even if we have one. Yes I know it needs a lot Work to use those 10 different Female and Male Voices to Tape them all but it would make a huge difference.

Titles, we have a lot of them but I would like to visualize them. As Example, we have Azem's soul crystal. He is known as the Shepherd to the stars in the dark. Can't we just create a Shepherd's staff with gold stars above the staff and use it as Motiv on Shields, Spellbooks, Gear or even as Tattoo? We could draw for every single Title something, i am sure about that.

Amaurot, can we live there? Emet Selchs work should be not wasted. Right now it is a Ghost Town, but it has so much space. How about large 2 Room Apartments for 1.5 Million Gil with Balconys where we could atleast place 1 or 2 small Trees, Flowerpots and some Furniture to sit outside and watch the Stars. With a Decorlimit of 200 Items.

A silent protagonist may be employed to lend a sense of mystery or uncertainty of identity to the gameplay, or to help the player identify better with them. It helps immersion to place yourself in the character.

"Our revels now are ended. These our actors, As I foretold you, were all spirits and
Are melted into air, into thin air: And, like the baseless fabric of this vision,
The cloud-capp'd towers, the gorgeous palaces, The solemn temples, the great globe itself,
Yea, all which it inherit, shall dissolve

And, like this insubstantial pageant faded, Leave not a rack behind. We are such stuff
As dreams are made on, and our little life Is rounded with a sleep."

There is a very good reason why that city is located in the Tempest.

Amaurot is pretty cool but I don't really see a reason why we could live there. Bismarck is going to leave eventually and the place will be flooded again before long (even if it will likely never will due to time and game mechanic reasons).

I'm more surprised Mor Dhona doesn't have a residential district, or even Ildyshire. Both were built up over time and could have had one. Even Ala Mhigo could have gotten one.

The sea of clouds supposedly has countless small landmasses floating in it that one could build a house on. Stormblood shows a more practical and permanent way of having underwater homes in the Ruby Sea.

The primary issues with Amaurot being a housing zone are the one mentioned earlier that the region it's in was underwater until Bismark created a giant air bubble. Though it shouldn't be an issue for us because of events in Stormblood it would be an issue for any NPC's hired. The other issue is Amaurot is on another shard that from a story point we're just a visitor on and as such we wouldn't be looking for a permanent home there.

Another issue with Amaurot is that it's scaled for the twelve-foot-tall Ancients.

And it's actually fake - it was a reconstruction made by Emet laid over the ruins of the original like a glamour. The only functioning aspects of it were what Emet specifically put in there, so it's why most of the towers and buildings are actually empty shells or.. more accurately, just solid blocks (this is why Thancred said he couldn't open the windows of the Capitol building no matter how hard he tried, the window is fake).

The city is simply a shade made to prove a point to the WoL (and also allow Emet to surround himself in his memories of the world he lost more better), it was never meant to be a functioning city.

Not to mention a very good reason why the Ancients' Utopian city was named Amaurot in the first place - 'dreaming city' indeed.

    Hythlodeaus was also appropriately named.
