What is up with Kiuka?

Ok seriously. I don't mind a challenge but the tripple triad NPC kiuka in the doman enclave needs a nerf yesterday.

He is one of those npc's that has a overpowered deck you as a player are not even allowed to make and on top of that a drop rate of less than 1% for his card.

I can beat him about 60% of the time and i am now almost 50 wins in and no card.


This is not fun, This is not challenging. This is only aggravating. The card he drops is not even that good. I already have several better cards.

For the love of every collector's sanity please either nerf him or buff the drop rate this is stupid.
