Wristlet is being sold in durandal market, so its confirmed for hyrstmill.
My 3 items were all from the captain. Never seen any green text drops from the chest.

(Militia wristles) was my first reward on Hyrstmill Defense Lv.1. The score was 15k aprox. and I was a Top 20 Provisioner. Can't remember getting (Grade 5 Dark Matter) aswell.
On consecutive raids I got (Militia sledgehammer) and (Militia Culinary Knife). The score was always between 10k and 20k.

at this point score hasnt really seemed relevant. same odds were going on when over 40k. and still, only from top 20 (captain)

A week after the boss was killed, Hyrstmill related achievements are still not showing up in lodestone history. Bug? Ive already gotten quite a few since then too.

So the U/U items seem to be chest only (and they are also the battle pieces). The DoH/DoL pieces come from the captain, which makes sense. Just think they need to bump the chest drop from 1% to 5%

several 48k ish runs, 2 50k runs, 1 60k run so far
setup 2 DoH, 2DoL, 2WHM, 2WAR
i didnt take a screenshot sorry but i think i could get one of that 60k run
we kill the mage at around 10min then the boss

it was level 2 hamlet and we had one player in top 20
