Chocobos need boosting when players buy level boosts

After a level and job boost, you want to practice your new skills in Fates, etc. But if you are paired with a level 1 chocobo, you don't stand a chance.

just level it, it's not hard and the challenge log will help along with said leveling.
I see no use in adding said type item unless ppl just wanna be lazy. most of the time your bo will level sync with you during fates iirc.
