I have read those letters and aware of DDOS attack that was 4 days ago (it seems to be over).

What they do doesn't really help its like opening an umbrella during tropical storm. Yep - I opened an umbrella, nop - it didnt help and i'm still wet.

What can help is closing the free trial at least until they get current load sorted out. There is no point to pay if i cant play. It like buying bus ticket and going by foot.

Well, you said nothing is being done. They did make what changes they could and they are trying to increase the server amount but currently the world's supply is limited.

They can't just magic up more servers.
