Pulling During Cutscene

Both sides can make a party finder. So people should stop complaining when it doesn’t go the way they desired if the people they get apaired with have something else in mind

The person pulling is making a unilateral decision for 3 other people, though. People who pull during a cutscene never ask what everyone wants first.

I do believe that SE should start forcing things in situations like this more often, though. Just make the boss not targetable until the cutscenes are finished if anyone is still watching. A lot of the social problems in this game are a direct result of SE giving people freedom and trusting them to be courteous to each other. That kind of thing may work in JP but sure as hell doesn't work here.
