Common courtesy or not. If someone gets angry and starts yelling at someone, i honestly think they have other problems.
Best to ignore the chat then. Dont argue, dont feed them. Its not worth the headache. Finish the dungeon and move on.

It’s hard to see our own faults. Especially when we believe ourselves righteous or at minimum, correct. I’d direct you to a former post if yours, but you won’t see it. Whether it’s direct name calling, or being derogatory about a person simply because your views do not align. Good luck to you. Hope you find calm in your daysNo one called OP names or attacked them personally. If strongly disagreeing with someone who is defending bad behavior is a reflection of the community than I’m more than happy with the community. I’m sorry, but I’d rather have some holier than thou responses towards this than people forcing or even pressuring others to skip cutscenes. Not to even mention the holier than thou attitude you yourself are displaying with this post. Is that also a poor reflection on the community? Or is it just a natural response? Personally I’d say the latter.
Well I guess that’s one way to not have a conversation. No holier than thou attitude here huh? It’s hard to see our own faults. Especially when we believe ourselves righteous or at minimum, correct. I’m not going to play guessing games on what you think was an attack on them. The only people I said anything about were people who pull before the cutscene is finished and think their time is worth more than others’ who I do think are toxic. If OP isn’t one of them that’s fine, but those people are toxic. Saying so is no different than the OP or your own posts putting down people who get upset at them and “white knight.”
Since the OP and you have both engaged in that kind of talk I think your outrage is a bit hypocritical.

I don't pull boss's because I'm a healer main but if I ever tanked something and I pulled it intentionally or accidently and someone started being "toxic" I would simply report every single one of them.
It's free real estate.

We finally need the definitve solution for that - you cant attack a boss if someone is watching his cutscene and make the first time unskippable so ppl cant force you, also increase the penalty if someone leaves within 10 min when someone new is there.

I can see that going one of two ways. People would either stop using duty finder altogether, or a lot more new people are going to get kicked from dungeons. I don't think punishing the community in any way is a solution to any problem.
Kicking someone for being new is against the TOS and people who do that would be reported. As for people not running DF, it hasn’t stopped them from running MSQ DF so I kind of doubt it.
I dont mind unskippable cutscenes if someone is new. Most dungeon cutscenes are short anyway except for maybe toto-rak, stone vigil or baelsar wall. It even means i can grab a drink before the last boss. So i support this idea.
The penalty increase on the other hand wouldnt work. People would just fake dc more.
People will just complain about it more in the forum. Like all those threads about msq roulette. Nothing to worry about.
Pretty much this ^

Are you okay? If the penalty for leaving is increased the sprouts will end up being kicked more often. Yesterday I left stone vigil because the tank could not hold aggro on 3 mobs with stance on. And this is an incredibly simple thing to do. I told them to learn how to aoe in the hall of novice and left on the second pull because the mobs killed me. It's not like I couldn't heal myself with aldo or physicks I am just not going to do that. Now, if I have to take a penalty to leave someone who hasn't covered the basics that are actually introduced in the hall of novice I will just votekick them because "being new" is not an excuse for being braindead or not even trying.

TBH that's the good outcome. What will really happen is people will straight up afk without saying anything and you can't do anything about it because you can't get in trouble for afking in ANY content unless you admit to it in-game.Are you okay?
