When you share your work with other people or asking for feedback or ratings, you should be realistic and open for criticism.
Positive criticism motivates you. Negative criticism improves you. For me, I value negative, constructive criticism much higher than the standard "like it, good job"-feedback.
And since art is subjective, the reactions are totally mixed. Additionally, you should ask yourself: Are YOU also satisfied with your result?
So. Is your drawing bad? In my opinion: yes. But that should NEVER stop you. Learn from it, try to make it better and keep practising.
