Game freezing, players stopping, extreme lagging

Steps:
1. I log in and there's already a lag like 3 to 5 seconds before my character appears
2. Wherever I go, the players around me would stop for awhile then the next thing I see they're far off the screen wherever they're headed to
3. In battles, the players would freeze, then my combos wouldn't hit, the bosses also stop too. Then when it works fine, all the missed animations would speed up and then these repeats all over until I realize I'm dead.
4. My internet isfine and works on other internet browsing but extremely lags when I play FF, up to the point when I can't even play it at all, I just see my character.
