At this point, I think the community would praise them selling raid gear.
I mean i get what you say. Sure we should judge every individual...well...individually.
And i do know how healthcare over there works, it's still not really social. Here in germany for example if you have troubles you can go to the doc at everytime of the day. Same with dental care. You don't have to wait ten years to get an appointment that finally will maybe end your suffering. My bf is from there and he was in a rough spot many many years ago and i heard stories about how it is over there and how long you wait.
But not here to talk shoot about NA, we pay more taxes for all this security so there is also always a downside you could say. Not here to bash anything. All i am saying is that there are forms of toxicity you can't observe like on japanese datacenters, so we have to ask where this comes from and maybe how to deal with it. If people see it as a problem that is. And in many cases these problems are so big that you could call them a general problem.
There is a difference between naming general problems and generalizing the population that has these problems.
We westerners tend to glorify Japan because of the great anime, video games and general entertainment products that exist. People tend to forget the cultures aren't inherently better or worse than each other, toxicity that exists in Japan can't be observed in other cultures, and toxicity that exists in western cultures can't be seen in Japanese culture. Japan isn't some sort of utopia, it's culture tends to be great in many aspects but lacking in others. As gruesome as it is to talk about the suicide rate in Japan can also be attributed to their culture, same with gun violence in the U.S.I mean i get what you say. Sure we should judge every individual...well...individually.

As a NA player I am facing palming at my fellow NA players reaction. How can one throw a fit over one mount being added but be ok with the others? Just boggles the mind. I know everyone has their line in the sand but its clear some people have it drawn to close their feet!!
Note: Taking advice from a players alt, is like taking advice from a voice in a dark room. Criticism is a two way street remember that!!

Doubt this would happen as it would fall into P2W greyzone. Not even Blizzard does this, I guess you could make the argument WoW token indirectly does this since you can buy BoE gear on AH.
Basically this. It's just emotion going wild, but lowkey it's hippocritical not making as much of fuss over any other store mount. As a NA player I am facing palming at my fellow NA players reaction. Yeah, and sometimes that 2nd dungeon was crap, and gave crap gear.
Its better to wind back to 1 per major patch, the dungeons have been better because of it.
Also, Cash Shop has Nothing to do with us only getting 1 per major update

The total amount of normal Dungeons in Shadowbringers is 13 next to 15 in Stormblood, which is only 2 dungeons short. On top of it we also got Litore, Delubrum and Dalriada, which makes it 16 in Shadowbringers next to 16 in Stormblood with its Arsenal in Eureka, which is equal. UPD: And there's Delubrum (Savage) too in Shadowbringers, which I forgot about, but it wouldn't change the count since Bozja has 2 zones against 3 in Eureka.
In Shadowbringers we got 18 Trials. In Stormblood we got 17. (I count normals, extremes and unreals since they all take some development time) 4.X isn't a winner in this category with being 1 short.
The content we could argue we lost in is deep dungeon, but Bozja compensates for it with the fact that you can level your jobs there. And this leaves 1 Ultimate being the only section where there is a loss with no real substitution for it, since 1 additional trial probably isn't what people hoped for.
At the same time Shadowbringers still delivered in other activites, such as overhauled DoH/DoLs and Ishgard Restoration. Despite weirdly common "nothing to do in ShB" mindset, the expansion doesn't, de-facto, has less content, despite the fact that Covid-19 played its impactful role on what we got (2nd ultimate being the most prominent case).
