Seems the side effect for myself, as a newer player has been it has gotten even more difficult to egta chance to HQ any items unless its the 1-10 area. And most of my crafts in the 17-20+ range. I haven't had alot of time to keep trying so i'll give it a better chance come the weekend. May have been some bad luck.

Any lower leveled crafters having consistant issues? Or was part of the fixing to make it tougher on capped crafters to HQ lower level stuff?
