whats really troublesome is how will this play out in Endwalker ...

I mean i love full servers, but they gotta increase login capacity and concurrent playerbase..

Then EU needs at least another datacenter tbh

And/or update (make it better) their "layering" solution.
The way WoW does it has actually been pretty great.

Was in Castrum in bozjan southern front, On the last boss, entire group was alive.

Boss at 2% and starts casting "OBEY" Server lag spike, when the spike ended the whole group were dead and 30 of the 34 people were d/c

I think it's completely reasonable for European players to be a bit annoyed at how we've been treated over the years. Let's not forget, we didn't even have servers located in Europe back when the game first launched. They came later into the game's lifespan. Even then, our regional servers overloading and crashing has not been an uncommon occurrence over the years. Some recent statements regarding upgrading our servers have been made, certainly, though arguably that is something that should have been done already. One has to wonder why so much of the game's budget being spent on marketing if the expectation is not player growth. Perhaps the development team were caught off-guard by the game's sudden surge in popularity but at the same time these issues can be mitigated in advance.

I can live with longer login times, even though it's a bit annoying. And I'm happy new ppl join the game so frequently now, however..

..I'm very, VERY worried about the situation, once Endwalker launches. And I'm scared that the launch days, although they are always expected to be kinda chaotic, will be an absolute disaster this time around.

The Shadowbringers Launch was really smooth, and much better that the Stormblood launch for example (just thinking back to Raubahn Savage for example, lol. They definitely leaned from that). But I think they didn't expect such a sudden surge in players and won't be able to upgrade servers until Launchday.Eu situation will most likely be terrible, but I'm totally hoping I'll be proven wrong.

I remember back when there were Titan Hard clear groups and that was considered super hard.

It's almost like, they plan for X growth over a year, however it suddenly skyrocketed far above their usual expectations in a very very short timeframe. I think the lack of foresight can be forgiven.

Didn't help that whole EU DC (both Chaos and Light) crashed few moments ago resulting in 3000+ queues.

When a server goes down, having the huge queue to login is normal, in case you never experienced that in the past. Hell I have a login queue every day on my server. When/if it crashes, login queue numbers are in the thousands because everyone is rushing to log back in. No, I'm not in EU.

We have queues every day like everyone else but it's getting pretty frustrating when our servers keep going down on occation.

Theodric reply mimics prettty much what it been like playing in EU past 8 years, it's almost like they don't see us as much like NA and JP.

Na needs another server before eu. We have a single one located on the west coast and player count is vastly bigger

NA has 3 data centers x 8 servers
EU has 2 data centers x 6 servers

Well most players are really chill about the situation. Happens. Happened before. Nothing new.

Is it really entitled to ask for stable servers when we pay a monthly subscription? I didn't demand anything in my OP. But nice try.
