Tokkapchi Card Drop Rate Low as Intended?

I have been farming the tokkapchi card (the muddy pie) for days. Is that designed to be low like that? And that card can be only obtained by the dungeon, Saint Mocianne's Arboretum (Hard).

I understand part of this game is grinding. But I believe this dungeon is not a msq related dungeon (it was unlocked by a blue mark quest), which causes it to take forever to queue. I wish SE can do something to check if this is a bug issue or at least design a npc to allow players to play card to obtain this card. Comparing queueing for 15mins and spending time doing a boring dungeon again and again, I would rather playing cards with npc to grind this card.

Shouldn't that be the actual design intention for the triple triad card, playing cards instead of grinding it?

You can solo the dungeon unsynced with a healer or tank or a level 70 BLU if you've got decent spells and Aetherial Mimicry Healer. You can still get the card unsynced.

A lot of cards are gained via battle content. You'll be experiencing this more, if you haven't already.

Alternatively, while you're queues for it, you could look in the PF for BLUs looking to learn one of their spells from the final boss. You could go with any group that isn't going as all BLU.

I also get that card after 6 or 7 consecutive run in a day...... while getting tioman card after more than 30 times farming the dungeon so yeah RNG is RNG

That one gave me a little bit of trouble as well, but random will always be random. Wasn't the first card that took forever to drop for me, probably won't be the last. lol

Yeah, Tioman was the opposite, I kept getting in every run but Saint Mocianne Hard is a rare dungeon that I go and everytime i never get the card

Yeah, card drops rates can be abysmal. ><
I still haven't gotten Tokkapchi's yet and I've been running that dungeon for a while.

Droprates from NPC's are just right now so hopefully they address instance droprates in the future. I lost interest in the mount once I realized I'd ran Hell's Lid about 50 times and could potentially end up doing the same for Memoria EX. Maybe if it was a better looking mount, I know it's meant to look like a big card but eh...
