Just to clarify what this person is saying, when you push the button in moogle mail it doesn't "order" your purchase again as in place a new purchase. It sends a request to the server to push new in game mail. Your credit card will be safe, heh.

Account wide items usually take longer than single character items, I think. For me it's been roughly 6 hours since I bought it and I'm still waiting on the mount to be delivered.

6 hours is nothing. If it's not there in 48 hours then start to have a concern or two.
