You made something what you probably you didn't realise

I didn't see for a while a crapy launcher. How your developer team from Japan manage to program a total crap?

Issues:
launcher is crashing if had couple internet lost issues. After couple internet loss you have to start download from beginning.
if you manage to download 60% of game you more like not finish to download if you lose internet
launcher download speed is very slow even if you have faster internet connection
Launcher it closes once you launch a game

This my thoughts
If you have problems with internet connection - Better forget this game
If you get annoyed every time time to enter one-time code - better forget this game. Otherwise you will lose benefit in game like free portal.
If you want to play on when you are traveling better forget this game

Game is good but to get to game first you have deal with crapy launcher. I hope you going to find decent programmer who can handle to make a proper game launcher.

I didn't have issue with 1GB internet (still it looks horrible and annoying with one time shit) but I am give up with slow internet. You can't even d to do first step like to download game!!!

You should learn from blizzard how to do or guild wars 2.
