I would Say dancer or rdm too. On rdm you could Just jolt-aero/thund+corps a corps(wait like 4 seconds pretending you are doing melee combo), displacement.

All jobs require you to use your kit efficiently (use all the buttons available), especially as you get further.

It might sound dumb but have you tried Crafting/Gathering?

Hum... I did not mean this in a wrong way at all... maybe you misinterpreted my message?
Some people do enjoy only crafting/gathering in game and it is less hectic than fights so i thought it could be suitable for OP based on what they were saying
