let‘s hope when they finish up the last races(genders), they‘ll focus on more customization options across all the races. i feel like highlander could gain so much more popularity if they could be given some attractive face options (AND EYEBROWS)
some of the older races are pretty outdated compared to the new ones. new face options for example would bring so much fresh air to older races and could raise one‘s popularity if done right.

I'm always down for more customization, and I agree that some of the older races could benefit from some love tossed their way. I don't know the right term for this, but Viera/Hrothgar look fantastic in all kinds of lighting/cutscenes while some of the other races can look quite frightful.....not sure if that's just a shading thing? Textures? I DUNNO! But it's definitely noticeable.

As far as bringing more customization options, I'd be down with them unlocking the various facial options (eyes/nose/mouth/face shape/etc.) that are currently tied to specific face numbers. Would add quite a bit more variety to each of the races. Not holding my breath on that one though

What I like about this image is that the petite au ra incarnation that we got was clearly favored in regards to these concepts. Yet, that image (top left) is usually presented as 'the' "original" concept. Is there even a source on it being what they were originally going to go with, or was it just one of many concepts drawn up? I presume they didn't go with the fully scaled or clawed hands, because in including them, they would have had to implement limitations. Similar to how viera in FFXIV have human feet, and no claws as well.

Height would be fine, although the animations could be more aggressive. They could also stand be more heavily scaled, and have the darker eyes of the male. Also actual black scales and not the blue ones we have.

IMO, the only models that actually look petite to me are the four that have the black gloves. The others, with the exception of the top left, look more like the succubus models which are rather tall and lithe. I would have totally been down with using the succubus models :3

Only the top right to me really looks like succubus models, and there's no indication of height, but they all are closely related, with the top left being the slight exception - looking more similar to how the males turned out, to me. I would have been interested in how the more "demonic" concept would have turned out though, having actual ears and horns.

Ayeee, the concept art is rather subtle with some of the differences, so it's definitely up for interpretation. I am definitely on the side of wishing they were more demonic in appearance as well as the personality. They're not horrible if judging them by themselves (I've fantasia'd to them far too many times D: ), but when you compare them with the males and then toss in their dainty/waifu emotes, it hits me a bit weird.

And good point with the horns. Would have been spiffy, but yeah...the complications...
