The game closes with no bug or error screen

Hello!
Tried to log in the game today and got a weird thing to happen.
When i log in the game closes shortly after i appear at Rising stones where i logged out yesterday.
It comes with a slight sound and video lag and then the game shuts down.

i did copied system information just in case. Please help me find a solution i really enjoy playing the game and i want to progress further.

I made a new character and thing seem to work fine, at least i can run around and do stuff.
Just in case if it is possible can my main character be moved to another place maybe the problem is within the stop where my char was actually left.

When a city rephased from empty pre main quest version to a normal one i got my game shut down again.

I just fix it. what I do is I go to the steam>steamapps>common> Final Fantasy XIV Online>game>sqpack and delete the file called ex3 and open the game let it download by itself and it works for me. I hope ur problem can be solved.

I just reinstalled the game on :C instead of and it worked
