I can't go in my Apartment

Hello, I'm playing on server Malboro. Some minutes ago, I'll buy Apartment no. 24 in ward 10 of The Goblet. After that, I place some objects in and go out.

But now I can't go inside like I don't have this Apartment.
Please return my room back, or maybe 500000 gils for buy another one.

Update:
Now i know what is happened!

I'm don't miss my apartment, real issue is this:
Aethernet Shard of Sultana's Breath (ward 10) move me to another Goblet ward (what number i don't know).

Sounds like you've bought an apartment in the subdivision. There's a separate aethernet shard for it.

Or you can warp there directly from the teleport menu.
