Rogue solo duty "stifled screams" is 100% broken. No obective, blocked ALL directions

The level 15 Rogue job quest is broken. The solo duty "Stifled screams" does not work. I am being told to defeat the jolly merchants and free the captives but THERE IS NO jolly merchants OR any captives ANYWHERE in the boundaries that I am allowed to go.

There are a number of yellow jackets running around, but I was told to not let them see me so I used "hide" but there is literally NOTHING in the ENTIRE area that I can interact with. EVERY direction that I go, I am BLOCKED by red border.

There are some people inside some of the rooms in Aleport but I cannot interact or do anything with them.

This makes rogue literally impossible to progress making it literally impossible to go Ninja at level 30.

if you look at your journal, it should say something like "the bad guys have gotten rooms in Aleport." have you tried going through the doors to the buildings there, on your right as you enter the instance? you don't need to interact with them, just move in front of them and they'll open

Make sure you enter all the doors on the right. I had the same issue as you, but some of the doors which are normally shut, can be opened and walked through. The captives are divided in multiple rooms, so open all the doors.
